Who We Are
Farm & Forge Human Performance is the training home for athletes and adults who want more than “fitness.”
We’re a speed-priority performance team that integrates training, recovery, and wellness into one system—delivered through relational coaching and world-class standards. From our full-time tennis academy to adult performance and health, we build faster, stronger, more resilient humans for the long game.
Our Philosophy
Farm & Forge Human Performance exists to be the standard for long-term athlete and adult development—where performance, recovery, and wellness operate as one.
We provide a world-class training environment built on a speed-priority philosophy, innovative training systems, and relentless attention to detail. We believe speed is not a trait you’re born with—it’s a skill that can be coached, measured, and developed. From our full-time sport academies to the everyday adult who wants to move, feel, and perform better, we build resilient bodies through multidisciplinary movement mastery, intelligent strength training, and high-performance recovery.
Everything we do is anchored by relational coaching and a relentless pursuit of excellence—because results come from both the plan and the people executing it. Our mission is to develop faster, more powerful, more durable humans and to raise the standard of what “training” is supposed to look like.
Programs
Our Human Performance Center provides support across development, training, recovery, and long-term health.
Sports Performance
Classes and private training for athletes ages 9–18, focused on speed-priority development, movement quality, and building a strong physical foundation that supports sport participation and injury prevention.
Adult Fitness
An adults-only training environment with open gym access, fitness classes, and 1:1 personal training. Members can train independently or participate in structured offerings, with no youth programming in the space. Pilates and yoga will be offered as well.
Recovery Center
A high-end, mostly self-serve recovery space designed to support performance, health, and wellness. Modalities are curated to expedite recovery and integrate easily into training routines.
